Can I change/add to my order after the order is placed?

Unfortunately we are not able to change your order after it has been placed. If you would like to add on to your order, do contact our customer service team here and they will do their best to help you before your order is dispatched. Orders are dispatched every Friday.

I need to cancel my order!

Please get in touch with our customer service team here and we will tend to your request as soon as we can. We do not guarantee that your order will be successfully cancelled but we will do our best to help.

Can I get some samples before I order my items?

We do offer samples packets which are good for a 600ml brew(equivalent of 3 standard cups). They come at a small fee of $4/sample. Get in contact with our customer service team here to indicate the flavours you would like to receive samples for. There is no shipping fee for this.

If you are part of our affiliate program, you can opt to get your 5 packets of free sample once your unique code has been used for 20 completed transactions.

I’m ordering this as a gift. Will there be price tags or invoice inside?

Nope! We know that people love gifting teas as such there is no invoice or price tags inside.

Can I gift wrap my order?

Unfortunately at this point in time we do not provide this service as yet.

How should I store my tea?

Good news! Our teas already come pre-packaged in beautiful, easy to stack tins which are perfect for keeping your tea fresh. We also recommend that you store your tea away from direct sunlight.

Where does Mondte source their tea?

Our ceylon teas come direct from our Sri Lanka tea plantations and high-quality botanicals, fruits and flowers from Germany
